Through dedication and hard work, I rose to compete at the national level, and earning my IFBB Pro card in 2024 at North Americans. This experience not only honed my physical abilities but also deepened my understanding of the profound impact that lifestyle and nutrition choices have on overall health and well-being. What drives my passion for coaching is the opportunity to empower others on their own journeys to wellness.With a certification from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), I am equipped with the knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals.
